Programme Purpose

This programme offers learners the opportunity to achieve one or more components towards the NFQ Level 4 Certificate in General Learning . Further details about the programme e.g. Duration, Location etc are available on this register and from the provider, Community Radio Forum of Ireland (CRAOL)

Duration Description

The programme is usually delivered part time and delivered generally over 10 weeks. It is also available on a full-time basis over 3 weeks. The total programme duration is 91 hours. This comprises of 31 directed hours and 60 self directed hours. The 31 directed hours comprise of 21 hours of classroom/studio based time and 10 hours of work-based direction and assessment where the tutor is present. The 60 self directed hours include practice time, independent research, preparation, learner led research, listening & viewing of media, study & reflection time.
