Legislation to facilitate the introduction of the International Education Mark (IEM) has passed through all stages of the Oireachtas. QQI is working closely with the Department of Education and Skills on the implementation of the legislation. It is not envisaged that the IEM will be implemented until the 2021-22 academic year.
