Programme Purpose

This comprehensive programme is designed to equip participants with the tools, the skills and the awareness needed to deliver coaching techniques and become better managers ensuring that each element of the QQI Award is achieved. The programme equips existing Managers (and those considering a career in coaching) with a combination of theory and practice of coaching to utilise throughout their careers.

Duration Description

The duration of this programme is 3 months in total, with 3 directed learning modules. Directed Learning = 21 hours per unit Self-directed Learning = 6.5 hours per week
