Programme Purpose
The aim of this programme is to equip learners with the knowledge, skill and competency to achieve a QQI Level 5 Customer Service 5N0972. The programme is delivered on a part time basis over a number of weeks, to allow learners to continue with their employment or any other responsibilities that they may have while the programme is ongoing. Comprehensive and detailed packs are distributed to learners on commencement of the Programme. Our trainers are highly qualified with a vast background of experience, are educated to degree level and hold a training qualification. There will be particular emphasis on skill development. They should be able to identify challenges and be able to comfortably solve them, both independently and within a group setting. Progression for successful learners will be to other Office Administration components at level 5 standard. The skills achieved on this programme may also assist entry to the workplace.
