Programme Purpose

The Higher Diploma in Computing (75 ECTS) is designed for level 7 and 8 (Irish NQF) degree-holders in computing disciplines, and level 8 (Irish NQF) degree holders in cognate disciplines, to achieve the knowledge, skills and competencies required to earn a level 8 award in computing. The programme consists of 60 credits of module work and 15 credits of project or work-placement.
