Programme Purpose

The BA in Accounting and Finance seeks to provide learners with a robust grounding in Accounting combined with a fundamental understanding of financial markets and instruments. The programme has been aligned with the National Qualifications Framework to engender the required knowledge and skills that allow learners to graduate from this Level 8 Honours programme. In addition, the program has been designed in consultation with the Professional Accounting Bodies so that exemptions can be gained from their examinations facilitating learner progression to their chosen career in Accounting.
