Duration Description

The programme is offered over an 8 week period with a learner effort of 150 hours which will be comprised of both directed learning (50 hours over 12 sessions) and self-directed learning (100 hours). Directed learning will comprise class-room contact and assessment. Self–Directed learning will comprise practice time, study time, reflection time and portfolio preparation time. This approach will allow for learners to incorporate and apply the concepts, knowledge, skills and techniques acquired through the Directed and Self Directed components into two work related assignments and a project based on a specific brief.
