The purpose of this award is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence to identify training and development needs at an organisation and/ or individual level, to devise a training plan and to explore the scope of training and development design to meet those needs. •To equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence to deliver appropriate training content, assess and evaluate the techniques used, provide constructive feedback, review areas of improvement in the training process. •The module aims to evaluate performance management approaches in training & development. •The module also aims to familiarize learners with the theories & concepts of delivery and evaluation of training interventions as well as being aware of a range of legislation, equality & diversity issues.
This programme will be run over 12 weeks with 25 contact hours per week. Overall duration in hours: 300 Hours = 150 direct Hours / 150 self directed Hours (typical learner effort, to include both directed and self directed learning)
