Programme Purpose

The purpose of this part-time, single module program, successful completion of which leads to FETAC Level 5 component 5N3786, is to educate participants in the legal framework through which family law issues are dealt with within the Irish legal system, and to impart an understanding of the rights and entitlements of the child and family under Irish and International law. Successful candidates may progress to a level 6 award.

Duration Description

150 Hours in Total, 50 of which will be directed learning and the remainder made up of self directed learning.
