Duration Description
This programme is delivered over 150 hours, 50 of which are directed learning and the remaining 100 hours in self-directed learning. For their Portfolio/Collection of work candidates are required to undertake a survey of a real-life customer service situation and author a report outlining all important observations – paying particular attention to the skill sets covered on this course. This will be completed during their self-directed learning hours. All other learning outcomes will be covered during the directed learning hours as well as the skills demonstration section of their assessment.
